Can I upload this video to my website?

If you have an individual account, you are welcome to download videos to your computer for use when you are away from an internet connection. However, you cannot upload these videos to file sharing or video publishing sites. We have not to put restrictions on the videos so you can download them, but we are trusting you to use them fairly.
