How do I report a bug?

Recovery Library needs certain software such as a PDF reader and a video player to work. If you are having trouble with Recovery Library, please visit this test page to see if you have the necessary software.

If the test page reports that you have all the necessary software and you are still noticing a problem, click on the blue "contact" link at the top right hand of your screen, or send us an email at 

Please give as much detail as possible so we can do our best to investigate the problem, including:

  1. A brief description of the issue you are experiencing
  2. Which browser you are using (e.g. Chrome or Internet Explorer)
  3. If you are experiencing any other issues, like slow internet speeds
